She graduated from Hacettepe University School of Nursing in 2000. She received a doctorate from Hacettepe University Health Sciences Institute in 2010 and an associate professorship in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing in 2017. Since 2002, when she started her academic life, she has been working as a lecturer at Gazi University in the Departments of Nursing and Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing. She has been a board member of the Women's Health Nursing Association Ankara Branch since 2015 and a founding member and board member of the Nursing Sexual Health Education and Counseling Association since 2019. She has published many national and international articles, books, and papers in the field of obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Her areas of interest include "Gender-Based Violence Against Women", "Women-Specific Cancers", "Mobile Health Applications" and "Infertility Nursing".
