She was born in Ankara in 1983 and graduated in 2006 from the Nursing Department of Karadeniz Technical University Trabzon Health College. She worked in the emergency department and intensive care unit at Ankara Medical Faculty Ibn-i Sina Hospital for 8 months after graduation. She earned her master's degree in nursing management at Marmara University's Faculty of Health Sciences between 2007 and 2010. During her postgraduate studies, she worked as an intensive care nurse at Surp Prgiç Armenian Hospital for two years and as a reanimation nurse at Istanbul University for one year. She worked as an Intensive Care Nurse and Supervisor Nurse at TOBB ETU Hospital from 2010 to 2014. She obtained training in pain management nursing and wound care nursing during this time. She worked in Memorial Ankara Hospital for 1 year as an Intensive Care Nurse, 3 years as a Supervisor Nurse, and 2 years as an Education Nurse between 2014 and 2020. She will continue to work as an education nurse and Deputy Coordinator at Lösante Hospital beginning in 2020. She has had articles published in national journals. Her research interests include crisis management, acute care nursing, analysis and statistics, and applications of artificial intelligence.
